Kim and Shane meet with you to discuss your vision for your dream home. We get to know your family, understand your site and design, and walk you through the process, timeframe and costing.

1. Preliminaries

With a thorough understanding of your project, Kim and Shane develop a custom contract. We explain the contract so that the process is clear and transparent and answer any questions you have.

2. Contract

Our true point of difference in our build process is that we are friendly, approachable professionals who genuinely care about our clients. We make sure you are as involved as you would like to be.

3. Build

The keys are now yours! At handover we talk through all final matters and ensure you are 100% happy with the outcome. Our satisfaction comes from knowing your family will enjoy this new home for generations.
